Meet Cloud7, There may be a few bugs, please report them in the comments ALL of the buttons went from that ugly ass grayish blue to a white to gray gradient, it's been optimized to use less RAM than Aero, and it's almost perfect.
You MUST use UxStyle, and uninstall any theme patcher.

After installing UxStyle, reboot your computer, after rebooting, set the theme to Aero, after it's done changing the theme, set it as Cloud7.

as of 2/28/2013 I've allowed commercial use, so long as you ask permission and fully disclose who'll be using the work, I want the right of refusal, I obviously wouldn't allow Microsoft to use my theme to lie to customers about what Win7 looks like (assuming they were to advertise Win7) but anyone else is far more likely to be granted permission.
As always, modification is allowed WITH MY PERMISSION, AND YOU MUST LINK TO CLOUD7 for any derivative works, and credit me.
